A call to action or CTA, is an instruction to a viewer of marketing material that is intended to provoke an immediate response. A call to action needs a commanding verb like "Buy Now", "Call today", or "Click To Download" to name a few. Let's learn all about CTA's in this lesson.

Attracting customers costs something, and so it would make sense that the more you can raise the lifetime value of a customer the less costly, relatively, it will be to acquire them. Each customer has a value that’s described by how frequently they buy from you. Some people will buy your product or service once and never return, while others may purchase over and over again. And lifetime value is a prediction of how much the relationship with your customer is worth to your business over time.
